How Scope Is Determined

A comprehensive audit does not necessarily require testing every URL on a website. Sites often contain many pages built from the same templates and components. Control Alt Access selects a representative sample that reflects the site’s content, functionality, and most important user journeys.

Pricing and timing depend on factors such as:

• The number of unique page types and reusable components.
• The complexity of forms, menus, dialogs, stores, portals, and other interactive features.
• The number of critical tasks or user journeys that must be tested.
• The devices, browsers, screen readers, and viewport sizes included in the scope.
• Whether downloadable documents or third-party services must also be reviewed.

Every audit is quoted individually because page count alone does not reflect a website’s complexity. The quoted price covers the agreed evaluation, accessible report, remediation recommendations, and findings meeting.

Code changes, content revisions, document remediation, and validation after repairs are separate services unless they are expressly included in the quote.
